I’m excited to announce that we will soon be holding the photo shoot for Katsuki Connection’s new lineup! Today, I visited the studio where the shoot will take place. The ceiling is 5 meters high, with enough space to take a high-angle shot of our new rug. Perfect! And I'm extra thrilled about this session because the photographer we’ll be working with is someone who I’ve long admired. Can’t wait!! There's another thing I was delighted about: Right beside the studio is Kanayama Shrine. This is a shrine I'd actually wanted to visit for a long time. Enshrined there are Kanayama-hiko and Kanayama-hime — gods of iron and minerals. They have long been the object of deep worship among knife craftsmen and swordsmiths. They are gods with a power to transform things anew, like an alchemist. At the shrine, I introduced my name, mentioned that it was my first visit there, and expressed my gratitude for the blessings I receive. Being that they are gods of iron and minerals, it wasn't surprising that the shrine was made of iron!!
